What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number imprinted on the bottom of the check.
Is it safe to use my credit card?

How do I pay with a check or money order?
At the end of the checkout process, you will have the option of either paying by credit card or displaying a printable order form. Print the order form and fax it to us at 1-501-224-2529, X2610, or mail it to us at P.O. Box 7111, Little Rock, AR 72223. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping
charges, with the exception of Canada, will be computed and applied
to the Billing Total once your order is shipped. Most international
orders take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. To order from within

What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?
You should receive a confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provide when ordering within an hour of your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please call us at 1-800-FLTODAY to confirm our receipt of your order.

What is your return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any book or tape in its original condition for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from FamilyLife.
